Beginning Fall 2024, the Campus Life Office and Psychology Department at Misericordia University are excited to offer a new living-learning community to six of our incoming Psychology majors including students enrolled in the Hispanic Student Psychology Scholars Program. Located on the 4th floor of McGowan Hall and offering double rooms with shared bathrooms with the adjacent double room, Psychology students will have the opportunity to incorporate both the co-curricular and curricular experience while living in a shared residential community. McGowan Hall also offers a floor lounge for recreational and study spaces, one that will be utilized by your Community Assistant and faculty members that coordinate the Psychology living learning community.
Living on the Psychology Residence Floor, along with students in the Honors program, will help you to think a little harder and dig a little deeper into the interdisciplinary opportunities offered at Misericordia. Faculty will be visiting the lounge for a cup of coffee and good, informal conversation. It’s a meeting place for you and your fellow Psychology students to build friendships, discuss ideas, and explore the events and activities the program has to offer. This floor is a great way to make the most of your first year at MU!
